STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada, Tasikmalaya Indonesia
Abstract
Eucalyptus oil is a natural ingredient produced from the Melaleuca leucadendra (L) plant and has potential as a pediculoside, at this time many different types of eucalyptus oil are produced. This study aims to determine the ratio of variations in the concentration of eucalyptus oil on the mortality of head lice (Pediculus humanus capitis). Terpenoids group in essential oil. Pure eucalyptus oil is compared to ^X^ brand eucalyptus oil by varying the concentration of 12.5%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% which is diluted using virgin coconut oil. The comparison used is a commonly used pediculoside. Based on the results of a comparative study of variations in the concentration of eucalyptus oil to adult head lice (Pediculus humanus capitis) in vitro, it can be concluded that pure eucalyptus oil has a faster effect time than eucalyptus oil with ^X^ brand, the higher the concentration, the faster Killing power against lice, at the lowest concentration of 12.5%, the yield ratio was 7 minutes 56 seconds for eucalyptus oil brand ^X^ and 3 minutes 57 seconds for pure eucalyptus oil. Thus, pure eucalyptus oil is more effective than ^X^ brand eucalyptus oil with a time difference of 3 minutes 59 seconds.

Abstract
Having beautiful and healthy hair is something that many people, both women and men, crave. The challenge of dandruff hair is a significant complaint that is often felt by everyone, so to avoid this challenge, many hair treatments are carried out to get healthy, clean, dandruff-free and robust hair. One way to provide nutrition for hair is to use Hair Tonic. Water spinach is a type of herbaceous plant that is abundant in almost all regions because it is easy to grow and does not require less complicated treatment, where the secondary metabolites contain flavonoids, polyphenols and quinones which have the potential to be antibacterial and anti-fungal. According to previous research, the microorganism that plays an essential role in causing dandruff is the fungus Pityrosporum ovale. Pityrosporum ovale is a lipophilic fungus belonging to the genus Malassezia which is the normal flora of the skin. This study aims to develop natural hair tonic preparations from kale extract with various extract concentrations of 10% and 15%. Then, the practice is evaluated, and the stability test is carried out for 30 days of storage. Based on the results of the evaluation of the preparation, the kale extract can be formulated in hair tonic preparations and has good stability during storage at room temperature. From the results of the anti-fungal activity test on Pityrosporum ovale, the 15% concentration of practices was able to inhibit the growth of dandruff-causing fungi with an inhibitory diameter of 16.4 +- 0.05 mm with intense activity but smaller when compared to products on the market.

The Relationship between The Nutritional Status of Breastfeeding Mothers (Seen From the Body Mass Index / BMI) and The Weight of Infants Aged 3-6 Months (Seen from The Chart of KMS) Who Received Exclusive Breastfeeding at The Posyandu, Kahuripan Village, Tasikmalaya City in 2019 Evi Irmayanti
Program Studi D.III Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Jalan Cilolohan Nomor 36
Abstract
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations International Children^s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) recommend: early initiation of breastfeeding within 1 hour of birth- exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months of life- and introduction of adequate nutrition and safe complementary (solid) foods at 6 months along with continued breastfeeding for up to 2 years. The mother^s nutritional condition during breastfeeding must be good so that it didn^t bring negative impacts on the nutritional status of the mother along with the length of time to breastfeed, if accompanied by inadequate food intake. This study aims to determine the relationship between the nutritional status of breastfeeding mothers (seen from the Body Mass Index / BMI) and the body weight of infants aged 3-6 months (seen from the Card Towards Health / KMS chart) who receive exclusive breastfeeding at Posyandu, Kahuripan, Tasikmalaya City. 2019. The research design used an analytic observational (non-experimental) method with a cross sectional approach. The results of the Pearson product moment correlation test showed that there was no significant relationship between maternal nutritional status (BMI) and infant nutritional status. The test results showed a positive correlation but not statistically significant. (r = 0.254- p = 0.141), so that of this study indicate that there is no relationship between maternal nutritional status and infant body weight. This is related to the nutritional status of mothers who are dominated by normoweight with the lowest maternal BMI of 18.75, where the quantity and quality of breast milk produced remains constant and can meet the nutritional needs of infants adequately. This will differ in the quantity and quality of breast milk for severe underweight mothers (BMI <16), which will significantly reduce the amount and therefore the baby^s nutritional needs are not sufficient.

Formulation of Anthocyanin Purple Sweet Potato Powder as Food Coloring: antioxidant activity and characterization Siti Rahmah KR, Yanti Srinayanti
STIkes Muhammadiyah Ciamis
Abstract
Anthocyanins are water soluble pigments including alkaloid groups that are responsible for the color of the plant indicated by various color variations such as red, purple and blue. The color difference is caused by changes in the structure of anthocyanins due to changes in pH. The 3-glucoside form of anthosianidin is the most widely available anthocyanin in nature. This research aims to formulate and characterize anthocyanins in purple sweet potatoes as food coloring. Samples of purple sweet potato tubers taken from farmers in Ciamis, Tubers are extracted by ethanol 96% and isolated with column chromatography, then identified the anthocyanin content. Determination of anthocyanin levels in purple sweet potato extract is calculated by differential pH method Anthocyanin levels are obtained at 8.3 mg/L. Antioxidant activity using DPPH has antioxidant activity with an IC50 value of 33.38 mg/L. Furthermore, powder dosage formulations are carried out on three pH variations there are ph 4,5, pH 7 and pH 10. From the resulting formulation obtained anthocyanin powder using a maltodextrin base 30%. Highest color intensity obtained in acidic pH.

Abstract
Liver damage due to the use of paracetamol is a serious health problem that can lead to death. Hepatotoxicity that occurs due to paracetamol is due to the excessive production of N-acetyl-para-benzokuinone imine NAPQI, if NAPQI acts with fatty acids in liver cells, it will cause fragility. cell walls, damage to cell structures, impaired liver function, and trigger various diseases. Papaya leaves (Carica papaya L.) contain secondary metabolites that function as antioxidants, compounds that have antioxidant activity are flavonoids. Flavonoids themselves have a hepatoprotector effect by acting as an antidote to free radicals that bind to reactive oxygen species (ROS) and increase activity. antioxidants present in the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the hepatoprotector activity in the ethanol extract of papaya leaves (Carica papaya L.), and to determine the most effective dose of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya L.). The results of SGOT and SGPT levels showed that the ethanol extract of papaya leaves (Carica papaya L.) at a dose of 60 mg / 200gBB for rats and 120 mg / 200gBB for rats could reduce SGOT levels, while the SGPT levels at doses of 30, 60, and 120 mg / 200gBB rats can reduce SGPT levels. The dose that was most effective in reducing SGOT and SGPT levels was 120 mg / 200gBB of rats
