Abstract
Demand on bio-pellet as alternative energy has widely increased. It occurs as people have aware of energy-saving for today and future living. Therefore, the increment in bio-pellet quality has also been a concern. The bio-pellet quality can be influenced by the materials (biomass) and its treatments. One of the treatments for the bagasse bio-pellet is drying. It is conducted to lessen its moisture before it is produced by the ring die pellet mill. The influence of drying temperature toward bagasse bio-pellet quality is the focus of this experiment. The result shows that the different drying temperature for bagasse bio-pellet gives a different quality. However, those qualities comply with the requirement of the Indonesian National Standard for biomass energy.

Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Muhammadiyah Cileungsi
Abstract
Indonesia in the world of logistics, Indonesia has the most challenging region in the world, with the archipelago of approximately 17.000 islands and mountains. And logistics has now become an inseparable part of Indonesias economic sustainability. Based on BPS Logistic Cost data in Indonesia is higher than other ASEAN countries which have relatively less infrastructure. (20% up to 25% of GDP). Therefore, every company in this business is trying to make the operation of logistics achieved efficiency and effectiveness. In this paper, we are challenged to propose an optimization model (cost and time based) in the logistics system of dump truck investment and it is a feasibility study in a PT. X which transports two types of commodities, namely coal and clinker. Based on data collected, the potential for cargo at the port of ex-coal unloading reaches 195.000 tons/month, while the clinker from the factory reaches 60.000 tons/month up to 90.000 tons/month. With assuming 8 up to 15 rit per day for one dump truck. The methodology being used in this paper consists of two techniques, the first is system modeling using excel-based calculation analysis to find the level of cost & time optimization, while an investment feasibility study is assessed using the NPV and IRR methods. The findings of this study found that the optimization value of the number of dump truck vehicles that can absorb the assumption of total sales orders above is 25 units. The results of IRR analysis by comparing the difference between the present value (PV), and the difference between the PV and the Original Investment (OI), with an assumption of a 15% return rate, were conducted on several interest rate experiments of 12%, 13%, and 14%, resulting in a rate of return above 15% (average 30%). This shows that this investment is feasible

Abstract
Integrated System, which is the object of Industrial Engineering Scientific Studies, is generally defined as a system that has man, machine, material, and method components. But in reality, the components of the system are not only physical things but also metaphysical things. The existence of these metaphysical components also affects the condition of the system so that it needs to be analyzed. Through this paper, we propose to reconstruct the ontological aspects of Industrial Engineering so that it not only examines the integrated system as a physical aspect but also a metaphysical aspect.

Abstract
Bawang dayak (Eleutherine bulbosa (Mill.) Urb.) is a typical plant of Central Kalimantan. In the previous studies, it was known that bawang dayak ethanol extract can inhibit Propionibacterium acnes, and was made in the cream formulation to improve the efficiency of using traditional medicine. This study was aimed to determine the effect of bawang dayak cream storage for 30 days on physical properties and antibacterial activity compared to the preliminary studies conducted on the cream on days 0 and 7. Four formulas of cream were made by a variation of bawang dayak ethanol extract. F1 5%, F2 10%, F3 15%, and F4 20%. Then evaluated by organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, adhesion, and dispersion test. Cream potential as anti-acne was determined by antibacterial activity test against Propionibacterium acnes, using a disc-diffusion technique. The results showed that F3 dan F4 cream meets the requirements for pH, adhesion, and dispersion test, but not homogenous. The adhesion time in this study was better than the formula on day 7. All cream formula on the 30 days of storage showed weak activity against Propionibacterium acnes. This present study showed the potential of all formula as anti-acne cream but further research needed to improved formula composition and stability so it can be developed as an anti-acne cream product.
