Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a complex, chronic disease that requires continuous medical treatment with multifactorial, risk reduction strategies beyond glycemic control. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Buerder Allen Exercise on lower limb circulation in patients with type II diabetes.
This type of research is a Quasy Experimental Design with a Pretest-Posttest approach with Control Group. The population in this study were diabetes mellitus patients with a total sample of 42 respondents divided into 21 intervention groups 21. control group Sampling using purposive sampling. The instruments used were the vascular doppler and spygmomanometer. The bivariate data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test..

Buerder Allen exercise has a positive impact on improving circulation in the lower extremities in diabetes mellitus patients. This Buerder Allen exercise can be done independently to improve circulation in the lower extremities.
