Abstract
The General Administration Bureau (BAU) is a part of the rector^s office that manages the processing of incoming letters at UM-Sorong. Incoming letters managed by BAU often experience problems in terms of disposing of incoming mail where the disposition system is still running manually so that the data on the disposition of incoming mail is easily lost and damaged. The system design method used is the Waterfall method. This method is a design stage commonly used in building applications or software starting from Requirements definition, System and software design, Implementation and unit testing, Integration and system testing and the last stage, namely, Operation and maintenance. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the first is that with this system letter documentation can be done by converting data in the form of softcopy PDF so that it has a backup that can minimize the occurrence of lost. Second, storage becomes more organized and data retrieval becomes easier because it can be searched using the origin of the letter. The third is this system, the leader can do dispositions in real time and anywhere, and can monitor the recipient of the disposition.

Abstract
Hotspots are used as an indicator of land and forest fires. This study applies the NBR and dNBR index features to identify the hotspots spatio-temporal density based on the burn severity index. Image data in this study were obtained from the Landsat 8 OLI satellite used to detect fire areas in Katingan, Central Kalimantan, an area of peatland and forest. The image data period used is from July 2019 to December 2019, with the clipping process as preprocessing and NBR and dNBR as feature extraction to detect hotspots. Furthermore, the results of feature extraction hotspots are clustered using the DBSCAN algorithm, then analyzed using the Silhouette Coefficient to define the quality and strength of the clusters. This research provides a value of the highest Silhouette Coefficient is 0.90771, which is found in the dNBR index feature from July 2019 to August 2019, which results in two clusters. This shows that the cluster formed has a strong structure, so it is concluded that the dNBR index feature has better quality than NBR in identifying hotspot areas.

Abstract
Since the main function of the user acceptance test of any software system is to evaluate, verify, and validate the quality of the software in order to decide it can be accepted to the operational environment. The paper proposes a user acceptance test based on software requirement specifications which was conducted for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system named Qinova. The methodology of this study is by exploring the software requirement specifications and developing functional requirement dependencies matrix (FRDM) and Module Dependency Network (MDN). This matrix is used to describe dependency between functionalities within the system, a functionality (R) is a determinant if other functionality (S) depends on the R functionality. The S functionality is dependent. The matrix is the foundation of developing test scenarios to determine that R functionality has to be tested prior S functionality. The MDN describes dependency between modules within the software. Then, we developed the test plan, the test scenarios and test cases. The stages continued by the quality assurance (QA) team conduct the testing and rise issues and bugs found in the test processes. Then, the technical team carried out the findings by resolving the issues and fixing the bugs. Performing of testing and bug fixing were done incrementally in a loop until all found bugs were resolved. The study conducted the four rounds of testing and the results respectively showed that 80% pass of 82 test cases in the first round, and successively 63% pass of 10 test cases, 67% pass of 4 test cases, and 100% pass of 2 test cases until the last round. All bugs resolved after the fourth run. The research produced a model in performing the requirements-based user acceptance test and the UAT results indicated that the system can be accepted in the operational environment. The FRDM and the MDN drove the team in prioritizing the execution of the test cases and it is helpful to minimize findings during the test.

Digital Library (Kadigi) System Modeling as an Effort to Improve Culture of Literacy in Public Reading Parks Donny Fernando, Dentik Karyaningsih
Faculty of Information Technology - Serang Raya University, Faculty of Information Technology - Serang Raya University,
Abstract
In Indonesia, there are currently 4,414 Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM), or public reading parks, which are registered with the Ministry of Education and Culture and in Banten, there are currently a total of 243 public reading parks that have been registered. However, the survey on management of public reading parks in Indonesia conducted by Lentera Pustaka Public Reading Park (June 30, 2019) concluded that 64% of reading parks in Indonesia were visited by no more than 30 children [4]. The development of digital technology today certainly brings challenges and opportunities in improving the culture of literacy in society. One of the current challenges is the high internet penetration among the younger generation, which is not accompanied by healthy internet behavior. However, digital technology also has the opportunity to expand the penetration of public reading parks, reading houses, public libraries, and literacy communities so that it can directly increase the number of public visits to public reading parks. In addition, public reading parks are still managed conventionally and the use of information technology in public reading parks is not optimal. This study tries to develop a digital library software with the name e-Kadigi, which was developed based on the needs of the public reading park. System requirements are identified and analyzed using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) in order to obtain a complete overview and a comprehensive approach to designing, planning, implementing, and managing the information system architecture of public reading park. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the characteristics of Digital Library modeling in public reading parks, especially that in the Banten Province region.

ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE IN GO-PUBLIC SHARIA BANKING WITH ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED (EVA) METHOD Rafika Rahmawati, Purnama Putra, Isfandayani, Rizal Fahlevi, Mas Deden Tirtajaya, Arief Widyananto
Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi
Abstract
The integration of ASEAN financial services in 2025 will make competition between banks even tighter. This requires Islamic banks to improve their performance. A good financial performance in a bank cannot be separated from the amount of capital and assets it owns. This study will measure the financial performance of Islamic banks based on value added, namely the Economic Value Added (EVA) approach. The object of research is the first Islamic bank to go public, namely Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, because in terms of increasing capital, one of the things that Islamic banks can do is through an initial public offering (IPO). The results showed that the level of financial performance of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank with the EVA approach in the 2015 to 2018 period fluctuated. The highest EVA value in the 2016 period was 109,610.21 and the lowest EVA value was -157,385.25 in the 2017 period. Forecasting the level of financial performance of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank with the EVA approach in the period 2019 to 2021 is increasingly experiencing a setback. Strategies that can be implemented by the Bank include increasing profits, minimizing the ratio of problem financing, and maintaining the value of capital so that it continues to increase and is not eroded by the low profit generated.

Abstract
Perishable goods logistics presents a unique challenge because of their shelf-life limits. One product that is easily damaged is fresh milk. Fresh milk is one of the agricultural commodities with the potential to be developed with various processed products. This research focuses on developing a system of IoT that can display and analyze environmental parameters during the delivery of milk. This research paper starts with a requirements analysis, identifies stakeholders and their needs, and designs a prototype based on this analysis. The purpose of the system to be created is to specify stakeholders, and the system designer must determine the requirements to achieve these goals. The prototype uses abstraction diagrams, such as PHD, to explain business processes in the physical world and describe how the system interacts. As a model, this paper also creates a prototype capable of supporting the logistics manager^s requirements. The cloud layer, physical world layer, virtualization layer, and sensing layer comprise the IoT system in perishable goods transportation.

Abstract
The food industry sector (40.06%) being the industry most affected by Covid 19 and culinary subsectors of the creative economy contributed 42.9% to the National GDP. Digitization of culinary SMEs has the potential to increase the revenue and competitiveness of SMEs during the pandemic situation. During the pandemic, culinary SMEs have significant growth in the number of orders by 125% and digital sales growth by 116% on the marketplaces in 2020. Moreover, the government and private sector through the Public-Private Partnership scheme has conducted efforts to collaborate digitization programs for the resilience of SMEs during the pandemic covid-19. The sign test (0.039) stated that there was a significant difference in revenue before and after digitization. The chi-square test on the relationship of digitization with revenue (p-value 0.151) and the relationship of digitization with competitiveness (p-value value 0.464) was found to have no significant relationship in the two tests. This encourages the strengthening of public-private partnership digitization of culinary SMEs through eight strategies analyzed through SWOT with SO, ST, WO, WT approaches. This research resulted in an initial hierarchy scheme in best strategy decision making, which can be used in the Analytical Hierarchy Process model of a selection of eight SWOT.

Abstract
In the world we live in, there are a lot of technological innovations that we may use in our daily lives to make life easier, and Image Recognition Apps that we use on our phones is just one. This paper identified the different image recognition apps available, compared the different features available on each application and its limitation of use, and identified the best app available out there by comparing the 14 apps. The study also identified what the best app is lacking and came up with innovation by adding feature that is useful in times of pandemic. The method used in identifying the different image recognition apps available is qualitative, wherein writers analyzed the different qualitative data available from secondary data from published articles online and came up with conclusions and recommendations base from what has been presented. After comparing and analysis of the features of each of the 14 apps available, Google Lens was chosen by the group as the best app out there. Google Lens can recognize a wide variety of things but people are the only exception from it. And that fact only implies that there are still room for improvement. The innovation the paper offers is combining thermometer and Google lens as the new feature of the app since we often use thermometer whenever we go somewhere these days.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze students^ interest in learning Mandarin in the Hospitality Management Department and the effectiveness of the application of video-based learning. Mandarin has become the second foreign language after English, so that Mandarin is a foreign language taught throughout the world, including in Indonesia. In addition, the majority of tourists visiting Indonesia are from China. Thus, the need for human resources that can communicate in Mandarin in the service sector, especially hospitality, also increases. The effectiveness of the application of video-based learning depends on the provision of material information from two main elements: visual and audio. During off class lessons, students are given the task of making videos with topics that have been determined by the instructor. Researchers want to examine two things: the effectiveness of video-based learning for improving students^ communication skills and students^ interest in learning Mandarin with video-based learning. The research methodology is done by distributing questionnaires to students and observations from video conversations produced by students. This research is expected to know the effectiveness of video-based learning in helping students learn Mandarin and obtain an overview of students^ interest in learning with video-based learning. It is also expected that student competencies in mastering Mandarin will increase. The study results show that the newly designed video learning environment is a superior teaching tool than the general video learning environment to improve student learning performance.
