Predicting turnover intention: The Role Work-Life Balance, Job Crafting, and Work Engagement with techniques using Smart Partial Least Square Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara Abstract Turnover intention is an attitude possessed by employees to look for new jobs elsewhere, so this will have an impact on company performance, so a comprehensive study is needed to find ways to control turnover intention through research, so this study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance, Job Crafting on turnover intention partially and see the effect of work engagement as an intervening variable. This study involved 60 respondents, employees of PT. Perbaungan Rural Bank, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling Smart Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results of this study prove that partially work-life balance affects turnover intention, job crafting has no significant effect on turnover intention, work engagement has a significant effect on turnover intention, work engagement can mediate the relationship between the work-life balance on turnover intention and work engagement can mediate the relationship between job crafting and turnover intention.
