CasaRice^s Business Model for Healthy Food Alternatives

Abstract

Rice does not always provide positive benefits, especially for people who suffer from a disease such as diabetes or overweight. Cassava has rich benefits in calories and carbohydrates as a source of energy. This aim of this study is to provide solutions bagi people who have a terrible impact after consuming rice, we offer a solution by developing a food menu combined with rice consumed by all people, namely CasaRice (rice made from cassava). This study uses a customer discovery approach with the Business Model Canvas. The results of this study found that 68% of respondens agree that CasaRice is offering a suitable portion and 95% of respondents think that the price is affordable. The financial results of the CasaRice^s business show that this business is profitable to run.
