Drone technology has gained momentum since first commercial drone delivery in Rwanda in May 2016. The momentum of drone technology grows stronger especially in the era of Covid-19 which has adversely impacted sustainability development in view of social, economy and environment. This is evidence by the recent adoption of drone technology by Ghana to handle sustainable impact due to Covid-19. Hence, this study aims to identify the sustainability contribution of drone technology through a descriptive qualitative method: case study with Ghana as the case target. Secondary data are collected and linked to the concentric circle sustainability model embedded with technology which is the drone technology. The study indicates that drone technology contributes all three sustainable pillars: economy, social and environment. Moreover, it also achieved the sustainable development goals outlined by United Nations.
