A Production System Analysis and Design of Milk Perishable Commodity Logistic with IoT 1Agroindustrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Technology Department, IPB University, Bogor, Indonesia Abstract Perishable goods logistics presents a unique challenge because of their shelf-life limits. One product that is easily damaged is fresh milk. Fresh milk is one of the agricultural commodities with the potential to be developed with various processed products. This research focuses on developing a system of IoT that can display and analyze environmental parameters during the delivery of milk. This research paper starts with a requirements analysis, identifies stakeholders and their needs, and designs a prototype based on this analysis. The purpose of the system to be created is to specify stakeholders, and the system designer must determine the requirements to achieve these goals. The prototype uses abstraction diagrams, such as PHD, to explain business processes in the physical world and describe how the system interacts. As a model, this paper also creates a prototype capable of supporting the logistics manager^s requirements. The cloud layer, physical world layer, virtualization layer, and sensing layer comprise the IoT system in perishable goods transportation.
