Abstract
The General Administration Bureau (BAU) is a part of the rector^s office that manages the processing of incoming letters at UM-Sorong. Incoming letters managed by BAU often experience problems in terms of disposing of incoming mail where the disposition system is still running manually so that the data on the disposition of incoming mail is easily lost and damaged. The system design method used is the Waterfall method. This method is a design stage commonly used in building applications or software starting from Requirements definition, System and software design, Implementation and unit testing, Integration and system testing and the last stage, namely, Operation and maintenance. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the first is that with this system letter documentation can be done by converting data in the form of softcopy PDF so that it has a backup that can minimize the occurrence of lost. Second, storage becomes more organized and data retrieval becomes easier because it can be searched using the origin of the letter. The third is this system, the leader can do dispositions in real time and anywhere, and can monitor the recipient of the disposition.
