This paper investigates the adoption of new technology and changes in the marketplace in food industries mainly in agriculture products after COVID-19 pandemic. The first objective of this paper is to find food preservation technology, so that agriculture products remain fresh up to the end consumers. The second objective of this paper is to find a marketplace in accelerating the distribution, so that people can easily purchase food items during their home stay. We conducted an extensive literature review by taking a closer look at the technology adoption in the agriculture product. The result of this paper shows the need and changing behavior of consumers towards technology adoption in the food industry. This paper will contribute to the existing literature on the same or relevant topics that may be helpful for the further researcher of this field.
