Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic struck the world during December 2019, and it has now been over a year that the countries are still struggling to cope up with it. As a country that has felt a significant impact from this outbreak, many policies have been made by the government to overcome this problem. The impact felt from this crisis was felt on hospitality industry business, especially real estate, significantly decreased the demand of businesses. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the strategy in a pandemic situation in the real estate business to continue the business and survive to grow. The purpose of this research is to study sustainability in the real estate industry pandemic to response change on post pandemic. The methods in this research using literature review study. Results of this paper are showing recommendations for the outbreak of the coronavirus real estate stakeholders to respond to pandemic and post pandemic situations.
