This condition is possible due to the lack of data in the unit of service of victims of violence, lack of involvement of service units that deal with victims of violence in inputting data, as well as the optimal coordination mechanisms in the recording and reporting systems in the service units in each sub-district. The lack of data inaccuracies violence against women and children will be difficult in mentoring the handling of cases in women and children. The strategy of implementing this dedication by developing a case information system in women and children.
