Mindfulness at work in women working in Islamic universities Ayu Tuty Utami, Andhita Nurul Khasanah, Nanan Nuraini, Noviani Nurhamida Nugraha, Revia Eka Putri Mardianny, Unique Bur Alifa Putri
Faculty of Psychology, Bandung Islamic University
Abstract
BPS reveals data that currently the female labor force participation rate is 55.4 percent, increasing by 0.40 percent from 2017-2018. The involvement of women in various occupations shows an urge to contribute to the acceleration of the globalization era, one of which is working in educational institutions, in this case Islamic universities. Currently, Islamic tertiary institutions have a role in encouraging public awareness in the development of science as well as religious awareness. The high demand to balance science and religious values --can cause conflict for the workers in it, including women who have become mothers. High potential for conflict often appears in working women who already have children due to their inability to carry out more roles or multiple roles (role overload). This will have an impact on the difficulty of enjoying work and managing psychological awareness so as not to interfere with the quality and productivity of work which is then referred to as mindfulness at work. This study aims to describe what affects the mindfulness at work of a working woman.

Abstract
Abstract-Themes of this research are israf, hedonic shopping value, shopping lifestyle and positive emotion with impulse buying behavior in Unisba (Universitas Islam Bandung) Students. Interest in this research began when we found that Unisba Students keep buying certain products continuously, without planning, and without consideration whether they do need those products or not. The motives of this behavior are needs to satisfy themselves as part of hedonistic mindset, or because of their lifestyle, or because of positive emotions that arouse when they are shopping. If we see these problems deeper we will found that all of these motives are based on efforts to conceal their weakness and deficiencies. On the other side this behavior can appear because of their dissatisfaction with themselves or with the products that their bought before. This dissatisfaction motivate Unisba students to keep buying certain products continuously and without planning.
Ideally, as Unisba students they have to make use of goods and products according to their needs. Even if they have to buy something new, they have to shop according to their need and not shopping excessively. This excessive buying behavior we found in Unisba Students have shown us that Unisba students have tendencies for impulsive buying behavior. Impulsive buying is without planning and spontaneous buying behavior, this behavior is what make people feel the need to buy certain products immediately at that very moments, and as a way to satisfy themselves. People who have tendencies to impulsive buying will buy certain products without considering whether they need it or not, and they will buy it as a mean only to satisfy themselves or just because they like the products. Ideally, this behavior should not appear in Unisba students who have studied Pendidikan Agama Islam as a part of their curriculum. With these knowledges ideally these students can control themselves from excessive shopping. Even if they have to shop, th

Abstract
The readiness of students to get married is essential to creating a prosperous and happy family. The age of students who are in early adulthood is a critical stage to gain knowledge about marriage. Not all students have the right attitude about marriage- some have a negative attitude and even avoid the subject of marriage. This study aims to reveal the relationship between knowledge about marriage and student attitudes towards marriage. This research method is correlational with a quantitative approach. Research subjects are 306 secondary level students from six leading universities in Bandung. The research instrument was developed based on a comprehensive theoretical study of knowledge and attitudes towards marriage. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18. The results showed a relationship between students^ knowledge about marriage and their attitude toward marriage. Although the correlation score is deterministically minimal, there is a correlation value at p <0.05. In conclusion, the attitude that arises from students towards marriage has to do with their knowledge. There are also a few that show that a lot of knowledge about marriage does not necessarily produce a right attitude towards marriage. For further research, it recommended looking at demographic factors in the formation of student attitudes towards marriage to see how students prepared to make marriage decisions.

Abstract
One of the internal problems in MSMEs is the problem of accountability. This accountability problem occurs because MSMEs do not have good management and financial administration system yet. The poor accountability of MSMEs is partly due to the absence of separation of ownership between MSME owners and UMKM entities. A poor presentation of MSME accountability will make it difficult for the bank or financial intermediary to identify complete information and in return, it will be difficult for these MSMEs to access capital and investment from outside parties. Information technology running can provide answers to the difficulties that have entered by these MSMEs. This research try to answer the question about how is the financial reporting that has been done by MSME so far? How is the use of accounting application software in this community? Abstract
Nowadays, it is very rare for Sundanese children to use Sundanese as their daily language of communication. This is due to the lack of fun teaching Sundanese for children. Therefore, parents and teachers must introduce Sundanese with techniques that are fun and following the child^s development. This study used a quasi-experimental method, namely trying out the igel mang Koko with the accompaniment of kecapi music directly to the experimental class and comparing it with the control class that did not use igel as a Sundanese literacy learning technique. The results showed that Sundanese literacy through igel mang koko can improve literacy skills of Sundanese in early childhood as proven by a significant difference between the mean posttest scores of the experimental class and the control class in igel ability at the 95% confidence level. So igel mang Koko can be an interesting, fun and meaningful alternative to learning Sundanese for children.

Universitas Islam Bandung
Abstract
The curriculum has a role as an instrument to conserve the culture of a nation. Without a good curriculum, the culture of a nation can be instantly engulfed by the earth because there are no institutions that try to preserve it. By including it in the cultural curriculum of a nation it is hoped that it can be passed on to the next generation so that the nation^s children and grandchildren know at least the existence of the culture of their ancestors, this is what is meant by a conservative role. This research uses a quantitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire and in-depth interviews (dept interview). The resulting data were analyzed using an interactive model. This analysis technique starts from data collection, after the data collected is reduced, which data is suitable and in accordance with the research objectives. The next step is presenting data and verification and drawing conclusions. Based on the description above, this research is considered important to be carried out as input for policy makers at Unisba in order to organize higher education that links and matches according to the needs of the user community. In addition, it is in response to the demands and basic guidance of compiling a curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) which is being and will be implemented in all tertiary institutions in Indonesia.

Empowering Highschool Scoutmasters for Disaster Preparedness R. Respitawulan, M. Herlina, E. Kurniati, N. Kurniaty, I.Sukarsih
FMIPA Universitas Islam Bandung
Abstract
The government of Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia, has made a blueprint for disaster risk reduction (DRR)- starting from disaster risk assessment, pre-disaster preparation steps, to emergency first aids, called JRCP. However, the blueprint was not yet known by the public. The scouting movement in Indonesia known as Pramuka has good potential to be prepared as DRR volunteers because it has many young, physically strong members who are ready to accept technology. Therefore, it is necessary to empower disaster mitigation for high school scoutmasters. Scoutmasters from Provinsi Jawa Barat were given workshops for risk management and emergency bag preparation. The. The t-paired test used on the pre-test and post-test scores shows that the scoutmasters who have participated have shown an increase in knowledge and skills related to disaster prepar-edness. Hence, it shows the potential use of scoutmasters to become part of natural disaster preparedness.
