Abstract
The quality of the relationship between the teacher and students is essential for the learning process^s success and learning outcomes. This study aims to obtain a teacher training curriculum on pedagogical communication based on STR and NLP theory to improve the quality of teacher-student relations in elementary schools. This research method uses Delphi with a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The object of this research is the training curriculum. Developing the training curriculum starts from theoretical analysis and empirical profile analysis of teacher-student relations in elementary schools- expert and practitioner assessment of 5 people- data processing, both qualitative and quantitative. The data disclosure tool uses expert and practitioner evaluation forms. Data analyzed according to data characteristics for quantitative data processed using SPSS, while qualitative data analyzed by theme. The results showed a small range value, significant at p <0.05, and it indicated the curriculum considered adequate. In conclusion, the curriculum developed predicts to be used to improve the quality of teacher-student relations in elementary schools.
