The Main Priority In Maintaining the Sustainability of BMT in the Digital Era

Abstract

The challenges of BMT are getting tougher, especially when the world of financial transactions has entered the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 where financial services and transactions have used digital facilities in order to survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition, because there is a need for research on what the main challenges are faced BMT in facing this digital era, and what is the solution. This research will analyze the challenges and solutions of BMT in the face of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which is a relationship based on the interdependence of several components. The results show that the development of human resources in BMT is a top priority in maintaining the sustainability of BMT in the digital era
