Abstract
Following a brief explanation of the function of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and the challenges in financing MSMEs, this article provides a literature review on the challenges in MSME access to funding, including the history of MSME lending and the challenges that banks face in MSME financing. Based on the articles we^ve read. An overview of MSME financing is sought to evaluate the company^s impact, financial factors, and creditworthiness. The visual elements that affect lending choices are examined in this article, along with the notable variances in loan approval rates imposed on loans issued for businesses owned by MSMEs using data from the 2012 and 2022 Surveys. This finding has implications for initiatives to accelerate MSMEs^ growth and efforts to address the issue of income disparity in those businesses. In conclusion, financial literacy is strongly correlated with financial access, MSMEs^ expansion, and the constraints and policies imposed on them by governmental laws, rules, and regulations

The population in this study consisted of all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020. The independent variable of this study was the company^s financial performance which was measured using Return on Assets (ROA) on the company^s financial statements. Changes in work mobility as the dependent variable are taken from the Community Mobility Report. Various kinds of work mobility values in each region, this mobility change is concluded based on the average value of mobility changes in each region. Furthermore, there is a moderating variable which is measured using the standard deviation of the distance between the head office and branch offices. In addition, this study includes liquidity, leverage, and activity as control variables. The research hypothesis was tested using regression with moderating variables. The results showed that the decrease in work mobility had no significant effect on the company^s financial performance. Abstract
Several literatures show the existence of opportunistic behavior of the company^s management that intends to cover up the company^s performance through the information disclosures using particular strategies. This study examines the direct effect of financial performance on the annual report readability. Furthermore, this study investigates the mediation effect of annual report sentiment on the influence between the financial performance and the annual report readability. This study is a quantitative research using secondary data in the form of financial reports and Management and Discussion Analysis in the company^s annual report. The population comprises manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2021. Based on the purposive sampling method, this study uses 85 companies as the sample. This study uses ROA as an indicator of financial performance and the Gunning Fog index as an indicator of the annual report readability. The sentiment in the text of the annual report is measured using the Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner (VADER) method with the help of the Orange Data Mining application. The analyses used to test the hypotheses are the regression analysis and the Sobel test. The result of this study indicates that financial performance does not have a direct effect on the annual report readability. However, this study finds that financial performance has an indirect effect on the annual report readability through the mediating role of the annual report sentiment.

Universitas Negeri Jakarta
Abstract
Every organization has a certain culture that sets them apart from others. This uniqueness is called organizational culture, and it is born when someone puts out an idea and creates a group. The group then takes a series of actions to build an organization, bringing together other people who share the same vision to work together. However, in many organizations, people with diverse backgrounds form specialized subgroups that have other added value in addition to agreeing on the core cultural values of the organization as the dominant culture. These subgroups are called subcultures. This article aims to identify research topics and trends in organizational culture that are relevant to the field of organizational subculture research. This study used a systematic literature review. In summary, there aren^t many articles dealing with subculture-related content. One of them is organizational climate. The combination of organizational climate and organizational culture contributes to the formation and strengthening of subcultures. It is recommended that future research related to subcultures is still wide open in all topics and methods.

Abstract
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in an economy- therefore, it is important to study the avenues that contribute towards their viability. The concept of financial technology (fintech) adoption has been around for decades on SMEs. In Indonesia, fintech is growing rapidly and has the potential to be adopted by SMEs in various business models. Unfortunately, the rate of fintech adoption in the market is still scant due to various risks and the market perception towards its products. This study provides a systematic literature review of the fintech adoption strategy for SMEs development. One of the phases of SLR is Synthesis, which is done using a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. The results of this study are summarized in the form of recommendations to improve mobile services, grow SME operations, and integrate business process systems. Cooperation with banks is also necessary for legal payments. In addition, promoting fintech adoption on SMEs is also important for increasing its sustainability.

Abstract
In recent years, the grit concept has been accepted by the world. It is defined as having enthusiasm and endurance for long-term goals. The idea that persistence is ultimately more important than the intrinsic ability to achieve goals has broad appeal. This review evaluates the notion of grit to elucidate the relationship between constructs and propose future research opportunities. Four hundred twenty-two entries were identified by a systematic search of five databases, including ProQuest, PsycINFO, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. After screening and determination of eligibility, 40 articles were retained and conceptually analyzed using the Walker and Avant technique. These findings establish passion, persistence, and long-term goals as defining characteristics of grit and a broad network of the antecedent, consequence, mediating, and moderating variables. Positive attitudes, behaviors, and habits appear essential for achieving long-term goals. The findings of this review contribute to our understanding of grit in a variety of ways, which may be beneficial to future researchers and health experts. We found antecedents and outcomes from grits, as well as potential moderators, which could help explain and influence the strength of correlation. These findings advance our understanding of grit and its beneficial effects on engagement, performance, and well-being.Grit has been linked to decreased fatigue and depression and improved performance and well-being. Additional research is needed to determine optimal practices for developing resilience at the individual and community levels.
