Abstract
This research is an empirical study of the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at PJT II, the implementation of ERM on State Owned Enterprise is an embodiment of Good Corporate Governance. In order for ERM to be useful, it is necessary to measure the level of maturity and effectiveness of risk management so that the results can be used for future improvement and the sustainability of the company. The purpose of this study is to assess the governance and principles of corporate risk management, its framework, the implementation processes, and the system application used. In assessing risk management maturity level, there are five aspects to look at, namely: risk management policy document, resource allocation to support corporate risk management, risk management implementation, quantitative measures development in risk management implementation, and commitment of risk management. The result shows there is an influence between the quality and effectiveness of the company^s risk management. Divisions that have a high level of maturity tend to have high risk management effectiveness. The opposite is also the case where divisions that have low capabilities tend to have low risk management effectiveness as well. Apart from these findings, there are some divisions that show inconsistent results that have inaccuracies in setting corporate performance.
