the effect of the ceo narcissism on firm performance and firm internationalization with firm visibility and ceo overseas experience as moderators (empirical study on non-financial companies listed on indonesia stock exchange year period 2012-2021) Universitas Negeri Jakarta Abstract Broadly speaking, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of CEO narcissism on firm performance and firm internationalization with firm visibility and CEO overseas experience as moderator variables. Testing the hypothesis of the relationship between CEO narcissism and firm performance and firm internationalization with CEO overseas experience as moderator variables. The unit of analysis is 548 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The unit of observation is the annual report in the last 10 years, namely 2012-2021. The research design was convenience sampling with a total of 115,080 data observations. The research method uses quantitative data whose data is numerical. The test uses panel data regression analysis using STATA version 16. The results of hypothesis testing are CEO narcissism has an effect on firm performance and firm internationalization with CEO overseas experience as moderator variables. The practical implications in Indonesia suggest that CEO narcissism do affect firm performance and firm internationalization. The absence of this effect is likely due to unique aspects of Indonesia culture and the structural ownership of non financial firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
