ANALYSIS OF PERSON ENVIRONMENT FIT FOR EMPLOYEE JOB PERFORMANCE : A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW (a) Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Abstract Research on Person-environment fit is an important study to explore, especially since Person-environment fit affects a person^s performance behavior in the work environment. The purpose of this study is to conduct further research on person-environment fit of employee job performance, so this study uses systematic review research methods to investigate the concept of Person-environment fit, both related to definition, antecedents, and also the results. The literature search technique uses bibliometric techniques with the Vos Viewer application and source search through the scopus database and google scholar with each of the acquisition of 50 journals from the range of 2015-2022, so that the total articles searched are 100 journals. The results of the study found the results of exclude in accordance with the criteria of inclusion-exclusion and obtained a number of 54 relevant journal articles discussing person-environment fit for employee job performance. The conclusion is obtained analysis from various studies that there are several definitions related to Person-environment fit. These concepts also look interconnected and supportive. Furthermore, it is said that the effect of people-environment compatibility in general indicates that there is a relationship between person-job fit, person-organization fit, person-group fit and person-supervisor with person environment fit.
