Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of bod age, gender diversity on firm performance with board size as the moderator variable. Testing the hypothesis on the relationship between bod age, gender diversity on firm performance with board size as the moderator variable. The population used is 17 building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample used was 5 BUMN building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The unit of observation is 2022. The research design is convenience sampling with a total of 1,550 data observations. The research method uses quantitative data whose data is numerical. Testing using SEM analysis using AMOS. The results of hypothesis testing are expected that body age, gender diversity have an effect on firm performance with board size as a moderating variable.
