Abstract
Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) represent a significant health burden, particularly among the working-age population in urban settings. This study investigates the association between NCDs and productivity loss among Indonesian urban workers, utilizing data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) Wave 5. A cross-sectional analysis was conducted on a representative sample of 11,542 respondents aged 19 to 64 years. The primary variable was the presence of NCDs, including hypertension, diabetes, stroke, cancer, liver disease, heart attack/coronary heart disease, and arthritis/rheumatism, identified through self-reporting. The outcome variable, productivity loss, was measured through absenteeism rates. The study employed Mann-Whitney U tests and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) to assess the relationship between NCDs and absenteeism, adjusting for age, work hours, and nutritional status. Results indicated a significant association between NCDs and higher absenteeism (p=0.000), with NCD-affected individuals showing nearly double the absenteeism rates compared to those without NCDs. This association underscores the need for targeted workplace health interventions and public health policies aimed at preventing and managing NCDs to mitigate their impact on productivity and economic outcomes.

Abstract
This systematic review evaluates the impact of fermented goat milk products on lipid profiles, focusing on total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Fermented goat milk is recognized for its unique nutritional properties, including medium-chain fatty acids, bioactive peptides, and probiotics that may contribute to lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health. Four studies were included in this review: one clinical trial and three animal studies. The findings indicate that fermented goat milk products may selectively reduce TC and TG levels, while their effects on LDL-C and HDL-C are limited or non-significant. The variability in outcomes across studies suggests that differences in product formulations, dosages, intervention durations, and populations may affect the results. Although the potential for fermented goat milk products to serve as functional foods in managing lipid disorders and reducing cardiovascular risk is promising, further high-quality research is necessary to confirm these benefits and optimize their clinical application.

Abstract
The Industrial Revolution 4.0 raises many challenges to face, including the shift in the fields of applied economics such as Accounting and Office Administration. Nowadays, various applications have emerged that can replace employee performance in these fields. To facing this, the Indonesian Government responded by starting to reduce students in the fields of accounting, commerce and office administration. Furthermore, the Government began to encourage additional human resources working in the technical (mechatronics, electronics and robotics) and non-technical (arts, culinary and hospitality) fields. Apart from that, the Government also supports the emergence of skills that focus on the uniqueness of a region, for example the establishment of a coffee vocational school in Mandailing Natal Regency.
The professionalism of teaching staff has a direct influence on student learning outcomes, especially in the 21st century, where developments in technology, information and communication are growing rapidly. The challenge of 21st century learning is a problem found in the Office Administration Education Study Program, namely the lack of digital-based teaching materials owned by lecturers to teach these courses. The current learning material still has a manual office administration concept, whereas in the industrial revolution 4.0 era it has now been eroded by the concept of office digitalization. It is feared that this could be one of the impacts of a less up-to-date learning process. In view of this, improvements to teaching materials are necessary and very crucial to do. Teaching materials are a guide for facilitators/lecturers in carrying out learning in class. This research aims to prepare teaching materials for the Theory and Practice based Office Simulation course and is also accompanied by a Project Based Learning learning model. The reason for choosing the Office Simulation course is because this course is the basis for students to become familiar with administrative and administrative practices in administrative concepts.
This is a Research and Development (RnD) research using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 (five) implementation stages, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Technique Data analysis used in research includes 3 (three) types, namely Validity, Effectiveness and Practicality.
The outputs targeted in this research are Publications in International Proceedings indexed by Web of Science, Research^s Final Reports registered with Copyright, Office Simulation course teaching materials that can be used for students, KI (Copyright or Simple Patent) Office Simulation Books, Indexed International Journals.

Abstract
This study aims to portray the heterogeneous society of Medan City in the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This will strengthen the values of Pancasila by developing principles related to tolerance and harmony. Diversity becomes a necessity in local, national, and global interactions. Social differentiation in diversity is a pattern used by the people of Medan to accept, assist, and acknowledge diversity as the differences that exist. Because the feelings and concerns that are mutually involved with one another lead to trust and mutual care, moderate mutualism can be used as a pathway towards harmony, coherence, and balance in social, national, and state life within the context of pluralism. Indicators of balanced diversity can be identified through tolerance, harmony, national commitment, perspective, and concrete actions towards awareness of differences in ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations. To achieve social harmony, every part of society can be connected with this indicator. This research collaborates with social movements such as the National Integration Forum and Kontras North Sumatra, which prioritize mediation in every conflict caused by differences and diversity through humanistic and inclusive methods to create peace and harmony. The aim of this research is to translate the values of Pancasila as a unifying force for the nation into real roles and functions through diverse social differentiation in mutual moderation towards potential. The results and discussion indicate that the people of Medan are aware of social differentiation by forming communities based on ethnicity, religion, and social groups to uphold the noble values that serve as the foundation for living together. However, potential conflicts, such as agrarian conflicts, can lead to disputes within or outside the community. Mutual moderation has evolved into a global and international awareness to bridge the differences between separated communities. In

Abstract
This development research aims to produce discourse analysis teaching materials using Robert N. Entman^s framing analysis model in political news issues. The data analysis unit studied was based on Metro TV^s reporting regarding the 2024 presidential election which was broadcast on the YouTube site. The results of this discourse analysis were then developed into teaching material for a discourse analysis course for students of the 6th semester Indonesian Literature study program at the Faculty of Language and Arts, Medan State University.
Teaching materials are an important component in instructional learning where the material in the module will guide students in independent and structured learning. The module being developed will contain teaching materials and training materials using Robert Entman^s framing model approach. The material raised is related to news coverage of presidential candidates before the election in February 2024. This material will then be packaged with the help of web-based Linktree media which aims to make it easier for students to access.
The research method used is the research and development method of the ADDIE model developed by William Lee (2004). This model systematically becomes a reference in development research starting from the process of analysis, design, development, implementation and then a final evaluation.
This method and model was chosen because it aims to produce products in the form of teaching materials. The products developed are then tested for their suitability with validity and product trials to determine the extent of use of teaching materials applied to students.
