Abstract

The demand to prepare graduates as superior future leaders and character must accommodate various experiential learning programs on the same path flexible. It is hoped that students will be able to develop their potential appropriately with passion and talent. So the government policy regarding Independent Learning is the way to explore the potential of educators and students and improve the quality of learning is a real step in preparing graduates who are ready and relevant to the needs of the century 21 .
Problems found in the Administrative Education Study Program Offices are the lack of teaching materials owned by lecturers to teach courses. Learning materials in class have not been designed in such a way that students obtain sharp and up-to-date knowledge. It is feared that this will have an impact on students^ knowledge as prospective teachers and administrators in the future. So far, lecturers still use teaching materials from outside that are less relevant to Graduate Learning Achievements (CPL), graduate profiles, and also the curriculum demands that apply in the institution . In the learning process Still using teacher centered learning where lecturer more role in the process of activities learning , other problems found is with use power point as teaching materials make student tend passive in follow inside learning class because teaching materials used not enough interesting as well as A little monotonous . By because That development case method based teaching materials very needs to be developed because (1) teaching materials require there are examples of real cases in the application of science- (2) existing teaching materials are still limited theory, and (3) build students^ ability to understand, solve problems, apply the material in science lectures Administration
As for objective study This is to find out and analyze the impact of using case method -based teaching materials in Science Subjects Administration on student learning outcomes, as well To test and determine the level of suitability of case method -based teaching materials in Science Courses Administration for use in learning . This research is Research and Development (RnD) research using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 (five) implementation stages namely : (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development (4) Implementation, And (4) Evaluation . The data analysis techniques used in research include 3 (three) types, namely Validity, Effectiveness and Practicality. The outcomes targeted in this research are report end research , journal national accredited sinta , publications on proceeding international , report registered research Right Copyright , teaching materials ( ISBN books ) and IPR books Knowledge Administration .
