Abstract
This community service research aims to enhance compost production from organic materials in Desa Onang, Kabupaten Majene, through the use of mikrobat and earthworms (vermicompost) to produce organic fertilizer and value-added products. The methods applied included socialization, education, training, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Results showed an increase in participants^ knowledge from 25% to 75% after socialization and an improvement in skills in producing compost, biofertilizer, biopesticides, feed additives, and pellet feed up to 85%. The use of Mikrobat and vermicompost effectively accelerated the decomposition of organic materials into high-quality mature compost with neutral pH, crumbly texture, pleasant odor, and high nutrient content. This technology reduced fertilization costs by up to 60% and provided additional economic value. The program contributed to community empowerment and the sustainable management of organic materials
