How were the socio-economic conditions of the Salamrejo community before and
after the development of the Canal Tourism initiative, and what indicators were used
to measure the level of community economic independence? , and to what extent
can canals, as water infrastructure, be transformed into productive economic assets
for local communities, particularly within the framework of community-based
