Replies: Reply from Mr. Khairana Alifian Razaqa 2025.12.16 12:53:48 In my opinion, and based on the literature I have reviewed, beyond the individual, relational, and structural levels, a crucial factor is the chronic uncertainty and collective crises such as the pandemic, climate anxiety, political polarization, and geopolitical instability push identity to be more adaptive. Flexibility becomes a coping strategy and a way to maintain belonging and meaning under instability for gen Z.
