Abstract
The previous achievement of being ranked 11th was a very good break-through for the DKI Jakarta NPC contingent. The increase in achieve-ment was not only achieved through athletes but also from many parties who supported the success of a team in becoming champions. The DKI Jakarta Provincial NPC in developing sports for people with disabilities has shown success which is quite something for the people of DKI Ja-karta to be proud of. According to data from NPC DKI Jakarta, even though they have won 25 gold medals, it turns out that not all sports participated in by the NPC DKI Jakarta contingent contributed medals.
Development of disability sports in other organizations still has several problems. For example, during PEPARNAS Papua, of the 12 (twelve) sports that were competed in, NPC DKI Jakarta could only take part in 10 (ten) sports, and even then not all numbers could be played, The ob-jectives to be achieved in this research are to evaluate work programs, suitability of human resources, availability of sports facilities, and fund-ing in sports for people with disabilities in DKI Jakarta Province in terms of medal achievements at the XVI National Paralympic Week (Peparnas) in 2021, This research uses a program evaluation research design with the CIPP approach from Stufflebeam, with Sequential (se-quence model), The research results show that The context evaluation component is considered good, The input evaluation component is con-sidered good, The Process Evaluation component is rated as moderate, The Product Evaluation Component is considered inadequate.
