Abstract
The physical condition of leg muscle explosive power and agility are necessary parts in the sport of Handball. During the match, players do not only run with or without the ball, but can turn around to avoid being blocked by opposing players. With these obstacles, Handball players dribbling the ball must have agility to protect the ball and pass through these obstacles. Leg muscle explosive power is needed when doing rebound movements, lay up shoots and jump shoots, where these movements are dominated to produce points in the game of Basketball. One of the trainings used to improve both of these physical conditions is the type of plyometric training.
