Abstract
The profile of Pancasila students is an elaboration of the national education goals, the national education goals include realizing character values in students who are Indonesian people. This study aims to explore, analyze, review, and describe strategies for realizing the profile of Pancasila students in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which is carried out at Sekolah Alam Palembang. The subjects of the study were the principal, teachers, students and guardians. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include the stages of data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The data validity test uses triangulation techniques. From this study, it was concluded that there are several programs in realizing the profile of Pancasila students at Sekolah Alam Palembang, namely, 1) Zero Waste, 2) Science Project 3) Literacy Week 4) Cultural Week 5) Market Day 6) Parenting 7) congregational morning dhikr. 8) city tour. From the seven programs, it is known that all elements of the Pancasila student profile have been realized by teachers, principals and guardians, which consist of elements of noble character, faith in God Almighty, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and being democratic and responsible citizens.
