Abstract
Leadership transformation in accordance with Pancasila values in Scout extracurricular in junior high school. Leadership is a key element in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation. In Indonesia, Pancasila values are the main foundation in every aspect of life, including in education and leadership development. Leadership transformation based on Pancasila values is very important to create leaders who are not only competent, but also have high integrity and morality.
The purpose of the research is to identify Pancasila values in Scout leadership, analyze leadership transformation, develop a leadership model based on Pancasila values to be apllied in Scout extracurricular activities, and measure its success in improving the quality of leadership and character of students. The type of research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive study model. Data sources from primary data and secondary data, data collection methods are carried out using the method of interviews with students, observation of scout extracurricular activities and documentation. Data validation uses data triangulation to cole the possibility if there is a shortage of data from one of the sources while analysis uses analysis using interactive analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion draw/verification. The result of the research is that Scout extracurricular activities can be an effective forum to instill the noble values of Pancasila to students. Through a variety of activities designed to develop leadership skills, students can learn to become honest, responsible, and committed leaders to social justice. Thus, leadership transformation based on Pancasila values is expected to produce a generation of leaders who are able to bring positive changes to the nation and state.
