Abstract
The Suku Anak Dalam community in Sekaladi Village, Jambi, faces inequality in access to education, which should be a fundamental right of every citizen as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, specifically Article 31, Paragraph (1), which states that every citizen has the right to education. This disparity has resulted in delays in educational development among the Suku Anak Dalam, which in turn affects their understanding of national values and their human rights as Indonesian citizens. To address this issue, the Village Innovation Program team from the University of Jambi implemented an educational program called ^Pancasila School.^ This program aims to enhance the understanding of Suku Anak Dalam children regarding the values of Pancasila and the concept of Indonesia, so they can better recognize and internalize their national identity. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with an interactive and case study approach. The research location was in Sekaladi Village Pelempang, Mestong District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. The results show that the implementation of Pancasila School includes various activities such as literacy and numeracy, community service, civil administration services, and the dissemination of human rights reinforcement through the legal system. This program is expected to be a means for Suku Anak Dalam children to not only become more familiar with Pancasila and Indonesia but also to develop their critical and participatory abilities as sovereign Indonesian citizens. It also serves as input for policymakers to provide broader access to education for the Suku Anak Dalam community in Jambi.
