Abstract

High Demand Thinking Ability is a thinking process that expects students to be able to control data and thoughts in a certain way so as to provide new understanding and advice. The model is when students combine reality and thinking during the time spent combining, concluding, understanding, estimating and analysing, finally students come to the final result. The testing approach used by the creator is to explain subjective exploration, because this testing is unmistakeable. This exploration is an interaction that will provide a comprehensive picture due to subjective examination. Considering the result of perception, then the educator has asked questions according to the marker with the existing learning objectives, the questions are made using words that are easy to understand by students so that students can do the questions. Students can think fundamentally when there is a debate in class so that they can convey and determine a problem well without taking sides with one party. Judging from the results of learning and conversation, PPKN subjects use the HOTS approach but not all materials because each student has a different capacity so that the teacher assesses through the article questions made from the material. The education system in Indonesia is described with an emphasis on citizenship training which is expected to show students about the nation and its privileges.
