Abstract
This article reviews the urgency of digital political literacy and culture for Generation Z as part of a potential demographic group. Furthermore, this article aims to analyze the role of Pancasila education learning in strengthening Gen-Z^s political literacy and culture in higher education. The research method used is a mix method with the Sequential Transformative Strategy model. Quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis are carried out separately, then transformation is carried out from one type of data to another. The results of the study show that Gen-Z^s digital political literacy and culture are built from Trending Topics, Viral Hashtags, FYP, news feeds, CC and social media algorithms. This shows that Gen-Z is a generation that cares quite a lot about digital politics but avoids direct practice. Therefore, Pancasila education becomes a forum for Gen-Z to develop skills in good political participants and actors. The results of the study also show that digital-based political literacy and culture are components of Pancasila education learning by including elements of values --and materials that are more ^real^ by highlighting Civic Duties.
