Abstract
The high number of unmanaged waste is influenced by several things. This is re-lated to an adequate system for the waste collection process. The Mat Peci com-munity is an environmentally conscious community that focuses on river conser-vation and river waste management into goods that have high economic value. One of the superior products of the Mat Peci community is eco enxym which is able to neutralize river pollution and polluted groundwater. However, unfortu-nately the product has marketing constraints and low brand awareness among the surrounding community. This study aims to determine the management of the eco enzyme UMKM industry starting from the production stage to marketing. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study research design. Data collection techniques use semi-structured interviews and passive participant ob-servation as well as literature reviews. The sampling technique used the snowball sampling technique. The results of the study revealed that at the promotion stage, the waste used as raw material was organic waste found in the Ciliwung River which was then collected and organic waste collected from the waste bank in each RT. Then it was collected and processed into eco enzyme by community mem-bers. The packaging stage was carried out by the PKK village to be immediately distributed to each RT to assist with marketing around the community environ-ment. Meanwhile, online marketing channels have not been activated or partici-pated in UMKM exhibitions, so that product brand awareness has not reached the wider community
