Abstract
Coaching is the process of fostering of guiding someone towards a better direction , either through personal counseling or through activites attended by a number of people . The existence of this coaching prosecc, provides a forum for students to explore and form character values that exist in each individual student. Habituation activities carried out at SMA Negeri 55 Jakarta or pre - KBM held from 06.30 to 07.15, these activities are filled every day, starting from MOnday Ceremony activities and Homeroom Teacher Coaching, Tuesday Breakfast Together and Joint Clean - Up Activities, Wednesday Gymnastics Together, Thursday Literacy Activities, and Friday Tadarus and Joint Worship Services.
This study aims to find out how the process of implementing all activities before learning begins untill finding out whether is a good influence, especially in the formation of student character. This research uses descriptive reseasrch methods with a qualitative approach , which will be carried out for months starting from jUne 16th , 2024 to DEcember 16, 2024. This research setting is carried out by seeking information through he stages of intervies wih students and eacher coordrnators for pre -kbm activities as research informants and school principals as key informants, and added by seeking data validation as form of confirmation through interviewing with experts. From he resul of this study, it was found that the characters formed through a series pf pre - learning and teaching activities followed by students included a sense of responsibility, courage, caring, self-confidence, and bringing up creative ideas.
