Abstract
In addition to schools, families also have an important role in creating high-quality education that will support students^ personal growth. To achieve meaningful learning goals in the classroom and improve teaching standards, teachers need to participate in professional development activities. This is where pedagogical attention goes into providing leadership examples, direction, supervision and leadership to ensure that best practices are followed and quality education requirements are met. The higher one^s education and diploma, the higher one^s income and of course, the more socially mature one is in the community, allowing individuals to experience vertical social mobility. Rural communities that are still thick with culture and lack of interest in education mostly experience static education and do not prioritize education so that their standard of living does not develop. The research method used is to use a qualitative method with a literature study and use a descriptive approach. In this study, data was obtained through literature studies sourced from journals and articles. This research results in what builds education in Indonesia to be of quality so that it can increase the mobility or social movement of people in rural areas whose majority do not pay much attention to education so that they can increase vertical social mobility for a better standard of living.
