Abstract
This article discusses the model for developing global diversity character towards a golden Indonesia. Indonesia is a country rich in cultural, ethnic, religious, and linguistic diversity. In facing the increasingly dynamic challenges of globalization, it is necessary to strengthen the character of global diversity that can maintain unity in diversity. The aim of this research is to explore and integrate a model for developing global diversity character as a support towards Indonesia Gold 2045. This development model will focus on the values of tolerance, empathy, global awareness, and collaboration with various parties based on the ideology of Pancasila. Additionally, this article discusses the important role of Pancasila education in integrating this development model into the curriculum. This article was researched using a literature review method, which involves analyzing and identifying models for developing global diversity character towards a Golden Indonesia through literature conducted by the researcher. This research shows that the model for developing global diversity character must be integrated with the values of the Pancasila ideology, as the values present in Pancasila, such as tolerance and empathy, are what will shape the global diversity character of citizens. Therefore, in the process of developing this model, educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, must collaborate with government institutions so that this model can eventually be integrated into the national curriculum.
