Abstract
The need for health facilities increases along with the increase in population. Of course, this problem is also felt in Prambanan District, Sleman Regency which is also a tourist area. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the hospital class. However, the land required for development is not sufficient at the initial location. Thus, the design area is placed in a new area which is closer to the tourist attraction of Prambanan Temple and its surroundings. Because Prambanan Hospital was built on a new land, therefore land use management is important to discuss. Data retrieval comes from secondary and primary data. How to assess it is by using Greenship new building v1.2. The data is concluded based on the assessment made of the value obtained is divided by the maximum value of the measuring instrument. It can be said that the pre-design design has not fully applied the proper land use.
