Abstract
This study aims to determine the development of a learning model blended cycle learning in improving the learning process in elementary school during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses approach Research and Development. This model was developed for students to be able to think critically even during a pandemic. The results of the study are the average final score of the expert validation of teacher practitioners is X = 4.4 in the range of ▁-Xi + 0.6 Sbi < X ▁-Xi + 1.8 Sbi With an average of 3.40 < X 4, 12 or the ^Good^ category. Based on these results, it can be seen that the development of the model blended cycle learning in improving thinking students^ critical skills in elementary schools that were developed is feasible to use. The design and implementation of this research are expected to be one of the references in schools that are still minimal in the use of learning models.
