This study implemented the fourth semester student at mathematics education courses University of Muhammadiyah sliding analytic geometry courses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the skills of students based on the 21st century through the implementation of the gender perspective Learning Model Number Head Together and Snowball throwing assisted GeoGebra, the data in the analysis is the data of learning outcomes and student response. The study design using the ^One group pretest-posttest design^. Instrument in the form of research, test results characterized learn 21st century skills and the questionnaire responses of students. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential. Results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the average female gender learning outcomes are 74.5 while the male gender is 60.1. In inferential success of the male gender study did not reach 60%, while the female gender in inferential reaching 60%. The results of this study are based on a gender perspective, the implementation of learning with the learning model Number Head Together and Snowball throwing assisted GeoGebra responded agree to be applied, the results of descriptive analysis and inferential on learning outcomes data show that the skills of the 21st century female gender is better than the male gender.
