Abstract
Background : Pap smear and biopsy were examination of cervix to screening and diagnose cervical cancer. Data about cervical examination were needed to described the emergency situation of cervical cancer
Aim: To define prevalensi of cervical cancer with histopathology and pap smear method in West Nusa Tenggara since 2010 untill 2020
Methods : a observational descriptive study using data patients with cervical examination.
Result : There were 3.430 cases of cervical examination in West Nusa Tenggara 2010-2020 consist of 2273 cases of pap smear and 1157 cases of cervical biopsy. The most result of the cercival examinationa were inflamasi in 2156 patients then pre cancer and cancer in 1274 patients while 41-50 group of age were the most patients in this examination and from Central Lombok is the highest burden location.
Conclusion : Community knowledge by counseling and awarenees development was needed to decrease incidence of cervical cancer in West Nusa Tenggara.
