Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the work family conflict and stress on the turnover intention. Samples of this study were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Primary data were collected using questionnaire given to the nurses who became the respondent. The criteria for samples are female nurses of Arifin Numang Hospital who already married . The regression test used was the simple regression test and multiple regression test. The data processing was conducted using SPSS, Statistical Product and Service Solution program ver 25. The result of this study show that the work family conflict does not have effect on the female nurses turnover intention, the stress has the positive effect to female nurses turnover intention, the work family conflict and stress has the positive effect to female nurses turnover intention
