Abstract
Balancing home activities and work during the pandemic is a major problem for female lecturers who also work as housewives. This balance affects job satisfaction, especially work in the office. A quantitative approach with a survey of female lecturers at state Islamic universities to see relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction in pandemic. The work balance between office and home is reviewed in three aspects, WIPL, PLIW, and WEPL. Job satisfaction in terms of salary, benefits, promotion, leadership, rewards, work procedures, coworkers, nature of work and communication. In addition, demographic aspects are also reviewed from the aspects of age, marital status, how long to do homework and office work.
