Abstract
Background : Primer data about type and histological grading of breat carcinoma have not been establish yet in all regions in West Nusa Tenggara, covering 10 districts and cities . The data needs to support comprehensive research .
Aim : to obtain incidence data based on histological type in breast cancer in West Nusa Tenggara diagnosed in 2010 to 2020. Methods : retrospective cohort study used secondary data contained in patients medical records in West Nusa Tenggara.
Results : the incidence of the beast canser was 986 cases, with histological type breast canser was dominated by invasive duktal type (78,6%), followed by invasive lobular type (11,3%), papillary carcinoma (3,3%),
Conclusion : Continuing and more comprehensive research about breast carcinoma and follow up the brease cancer sufferers in West Nusa Tenggara were needed because the incidence of breast canser continued to increase.
