Abstract
There has been ongoing research regarding the therapy for the new Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection. Convalescent plasma therapy showed promising results in several cases of acute respiratory disease. We report 2 cases of patients with moderate to severe COVID-19 that was admitted with typical symptoms. In addition to supportive treatment, both patients were administered convalescent plasma during their hospitalization. The patient clinical features improved gradually without significant adverse effect. Both chest X-rays and laboratory examination also showed significant improvement.
