Health-Related Quality of Life in Cervical Cancer Survivor

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to describe health-related Quality of Life in cervical cancer survivor between high and low Health-Related Quality of Life.
Methods: This study used Qualitative Approach with Narrative study. Five Cervical Cancer Survivors already participated to this study, as the result of purposive sampling method with WHOQOL-BREF scale (1998) and interview.
Results: This study shows that the differences in Health-Related Quality of Life in the cancer survivor can be seen from the time span of becoming survivor. The longer participants become survivor, the more likely it is to have low Health-Related Quality of Life.
Conclusion: There are differences between high and low health related quality of life in cervical cancer survivor.
