Abstract

The quality of hospital pharmacy service or pharmaceutical service is determined, among others, by the length of time waiting for drug service. According to the decree of the minister of health number 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008 concerning minimum hospital service standards, it is stated that the service time for medicines is &#8804- 60 minutes for concocted drugs and the service time for non-concocted drugs is &#8804-30 minutes. The research objective was to determine the waiting time for concocted and non-concocted drug services in outpatient BPJS patients at the Dr Soekardjo hospital pharmacy installation. The method used in this research is non-experimental observational research, through observation of the waiting time for drug services by concurrent data collection in February 2020. The results showed that the average waiting time for 14 capsules of prescription drug service is 82, 14 capsules with 1 finished drug is 83 minutes, 14 capsules with 2 drugs finished is 82 minutes, and 14 capsules with 3 finished drugs is 76 minutes. Meanwhile, the service time for non concoction recipes with 2 R / is 37 minutes, recipes with 3 R / are 46 minutes, and the service time for recipes with contains 4 R / are 56 minutes. The conclusion of this study is the waiting time for concoction and non concoction drug services in the pharmacy installation at RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya has not fulfilled the standards according to Permenkes number 129 / Menkes / SK / II / 2008.
