Abstract
In mid-March 2020, the spread of covid19 became more widespread, there were calls for social distancing and large-scale social restrictions so that the work from home rule emerged. The ^dirumah aja^ movement caused several aspects of life to be affected, especially the economy or trade, as a result of which there was a transformation of legal methods. The problem is what is the dispute resolution model when there is a conflict between online business people (e-commerce) in the midst of the covid19 pandemic emergency. This research method uses a normative juridical method, is descriptive in nature, secondary data will be analyzed qualitatively through primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, supplemented by interviews with experts, with purposive sampling technique. The result, business dispute resolution in Indonesia can be done in two ways, litigation and non-litigation. In this emergency period, the online disputes relations (ODR) model is considered more appropriate because it is effective and efficient, in addition to conforming to health protocols it also avoids the spread of the virus, but there is a need for further regulations for this as a breakthrough in law enforcement today and in the future.
