Abstract
Decision making has 3 dimensions of consequences, namely survival, mental and emotional. These three dimensions are the center of human fear and awareness. If humans can use it, new knowledge, wisdom and spirit will emerge that are useful for the development of human evolution.
Some decision making techniques are snapshots or photographing conditions at certain times. For example, what choices can a person make to get a certain nominal income, or what choices should a company make to increase turnover in the next 3 months, what options can be done to make cost efficiency, etc. Usually these decisions also require complete information. Unfortunately there are always incomplete things in the information obtained so that there is always a dimension of uncertainty in every decision making. Many costs are spent just to get information, whether it is in the form of questionnaires, surveys, direct observations and other methods. MSMEs or entrepreneurs who are starting a business with very limited capital usually do not have sufficient funds to conduct such information searches. The limitations of internal resources can also be one of the obstacles. Adaptive decision making will bridge these limitations.
