Abstract
This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of implementing the functions of servant leadership by the Head of the Land Office on improving employee work discipline. This research is driven by the view that a leadership style oriented towards service and follower development can be an important catalyst in shaping high discipline behavior in government agency environments. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving employees of the Land Office as the population and research sample. Data were collected through structured questionnaires to measure the extent to which the servant leadership variable (X1) affects discipline (Y1).
