Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the competencies of civil servants as a strategy for improving public service efficiency in the digital economy era. Digital transformation requires civil servants to have competencies that are adaptive to technological developments, service innovations, and data-based governance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of civil servants in various local government agencies. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling (proportional sampling from each agency according to the number of employees). The data is analyzed using simple regression analysis to assess the direct effect of Digital Competence (X) on Public Service Efficiency (Y).

Keywords: Competence, Civil Servants, Efficiency, Digital economy.
